Good to know
Browser support
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
Fully supported on Windows, macOS and Linux (Chrome also on ChromeOS), version 114 or newer. EPIC uses the browser's side panel, so it sits next to the page you're checking.
Firefox
A Firefox version is in development. Firefox handles network capture differently, so we're rebuilding that part rather than shipping a reduced version. Ask to be notified.
Safari, mobile browsers and desktop apps
Not planned for now. EPIC runs as a desktop browser extension.
What EPIC asks permission for, and why
To read and analyse the pages you scan, EPIC needs access to websites, the browser's debugger (for network capture during Quick Scan), cookies, tabs and scripting. Everything is processed on your device. See the privacy policy for the full list.
