Pricing FAQ
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Website Intelligence is free with no account and no card: the health score, executive summary, launch readiness, quick wins, top priorities, technical overview, passive checks and JSON/CSV export. It never expires.
How do I upgrade?
Choose a plan here or inside EPIC (⋯ menu → License). Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your license key appears on the confirmation page and in your receipt email. Paste it into EPIC and your plan unlocks immediately.
Who handles payment and tax?
Lemon Squeezy is our payment provider and merchant of record. They process your card, calculate and collect any sales tax or VAT, and send your receipts. Prices are shown in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open EPIC → ⋯ → License → Manage billing (or use the link in your receipt email). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Your saved data stays on your device.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something isn't working, contact support first. We'd rather fix it. See the refund & cancellation policy.
How do I move from Observe to Modify?
Buy Modify + Reporting, activate the new key in EPIC, then cancel Observe in the billing portal. Your history, settings and reports carry over, because they live on your device, not on the license.
How many computers can I use?
Each license can be active on up to 6 browsers at once. Each browser counts as one: for example, Chrome and Edge on your work laptop, and Chrome and Edge on your personal computer. You can deactivate a device from EPIC to free up a slot. A license is for one person.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Paid features pause, but nothing is deleted. Your history, change log and reports stay on your device and come back when you renew. The free features keep working.
