Terms of service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of the EPIC browser extension and paid EPIC subscriptions from EdgePro Workbench (“we”, “us”). By installing or using EPIC you agree to them.
1. The free plan
The free Website Intelligence plan is provided at no charge and may change over time.
2. Subscriptions
- Observe + Reporting and Modify + Reporting are monthly subscriptions sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law. See the refund & cancellation policy.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and the change won't apply until your next billing period after the notice.
3. Your license
- A license is for one person and may be active on up to 6 browsers at a time (each browser on each computer counts as one).
- Don't share, resell or publish license keys, and don't modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute EPIC to get around licensing. We may disable keys that are misused.
- EPIC checks your license periodically. If the check can't be completed, paid features may pause until it succeeds.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Quick Scan, saved websites, scheduled monitoring and competitor comparison on any public web page, in the same way an ordinary visitor's browser loads it. Use the active testing features (Site Scan, journeys, the HTTP/API Lab and every Modify feature) only on websites you own or are authorised to test. No part of EPIC may be used to overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to any system. You're responsible for complying with the laws and website terms that apply to you.
5. Your data
Your scan data stays on your device (see the privacy policy). You're responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you need; use the export and weekly-export features.
6. No warranty
EPIC is provided “as is”. Its scores, findings and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees. Always verify important changes before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update EPIC and these terms. If a change is material, we'll give notice before it takes effect. You can stop using EPIC at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
